A net-worth figure on this site carries a source URL and the date it describes, or it is not displayed. That is enforced in the code, not by anyone remembering. This page reports what the catalogue holds — including what it is missing.

The spine of the catalogue. Every claim used carries a point-in-time qualifier, so the figure can be dated; claims without one are not imported at all. Where Wikidata cites a publication, that citation is shown and linked.
First-party, hand-entered
Entered by hand against a named publication. Held to exactly the same rule as every automated source: without a source URL and an as-of date, the entry is rejected by the code rather than by a reviewer.
Terms-restricted — switched off
Forbes prohibits automated collection in its terms. The adapter exists and works, and it refuses to run unless deliberately enabled. Figures that reach this site from Forbes do so because Wikidata cites Forbes, with that citation linked.

The gaps
People with no sourced figure
7 of 835. They stay in the pool for the fame vote, and their figure reads "unknown" rather than showing a number nobody can check.
Figures that are out of date
492 figures describe a date more than two years ago. They are shown with the date they describe and labelled out of date, because a large fortune moves with the markets daily and nothing here tracks that.
Where sources disagree
No person currently has two sources far enough apart to flag. With one source contributing, that is expected rather than reassuring.

390 photographs · every one named, licensed and linked
Every photograph here is used under the licence named beside it. A photograph whose licence requires an author and records none is removed rather than shown unattributed — that rule removed one from this list.
Corrections
Tell us, and include the name, what you think the figure should be, and where it was published. Corrections are made by hand against a cited source. There is no published turnaround time, so this page does not promise one.
